Admit we are mundane human with five basic emotions
We have to come out with our own little expressions
Joy, sad, anger, disgust and also surprise
We need to acknowledge that sometimes we will cry
Repressing the feelings is not good for your health
It will come back to you and back fire in stealth
The suffering it gives you will make you want to yelp
And this is where the counselors can come to give their help
Mental illness, mental issues is not a disgrace
It’s just like a normal illness but set in your head
Profession like a licensed counselor from clinical psych
They help you to face the problem that you are afraid
Don;t be afraid of judgement from others
They just lack of knowledge regarding mental healthiness
They misinterpret info and keep talking nonsense
So this is why we are here to raise the awareness
Now bear in mind if you have any problem
Seek help from professionals and that will be awesome
The Black Dog
Everybody has a black dog...
....but it's tamable!
