Organizing
- is the function of management that involves developing an organizational structure and allocating human resources to ensure the accomplishment of objectives.
- The structure of the organization is the framework within which effort is coordinated
Organizing
Staffing – HR (Human Resource)
- is a critical organizational function which consists of the process of acquiring, deploying, and retaining a workforce of sufficient quantity and quality to create positive impacts on the effectiveness of the organization
- It is one of the significant functions of the management.

Budgeting – Finance Department
- A budget is a tool that managers use to plan and control the use of scarce resources.
- A budget is a plan showing the company's objectives and how management intends to acquire and use resources to attain those objectives

- is the orderly arrangement of individual and group efforts to provide unity of action in the pursuit of a common goal.
- In an organization, all the departments must operate in an integrated manner so that the organizational goals are duly achieved
Coordinating

- Is a management process wherein employees are given specific instructions on what is to be done, monitor their efforts and hold them accountable for specific results

- in the workplace is defined as the willingness to exert high levels of effort toward organizational goals conditioned by the effort's ability to satisfy some individual needs

- It is the process of executing a plan or policy so that a concept becomes a reality
- To implement a plan properly, managers should communicate clear goals and expectations, and supply employees with the resources needed to help the company achieve its goals.
Implementing
- Is a process that critically examine an executed plan.
- It involves collecting and analyzing information, characteristics, and outcomes.
- Its purpose is to make judgments, to improve effectiveness, and/or to inform planning and execution decisions
