It's important to identify what you are in control of

Focus on what you can change

Focus on what you can change

Some things that cause stress, are in our control...

other things are not

Focus on what you have the power to change, and work on those

Avoid having an endless 'to do list' and find a way to prioritise your tasks.

Don't expect miracles- progress takes time... it will be worth it!

Even if you are really busy, don't feel guilty about giving yourself time to do things you enjoy.

Be kind to yourself

Be open to accepting help offered to you -

this does not make you weaker.
