  • A good, balanced sense of humor is one way of getting closer to the people

  • to reduce conflict, relieve tense situations and do not annoy the team, an organizer must know how to be funny.

  • Keeping a sense of proportion about everything- the people, their problems, their enemies and especially oneself

  • One way to develop creativity and imagination is to listen to the stories of previous organizing tactics and methods. So long as the organizer does not repeat them mechanically, past experiences can help him widen his choices. Often they may even trigger improved variations.

  • Creativity has better chances of developing when the organizer accumulates a rich store of experiences,observations

  • Extremely persistent in adhering to or doing something

  • If the organizer is tenacious even if she or he is not very talented, he or she will learn and improve with the passage of time

Delegation

DELEGATION

An organizer knows which tasks to delegate and which he must do himself. He's also able to sense which workers will need assistance than others. Organizers are able to naturally maintain accountability with their workers.

COMMUNICATION

Communication

Community workers are in contact with a wide range of people and groups, including local residents, professional workers, and councilors. They communicate with all of these people in a relevant and effective manner; both verbally and through writing.
