  • Customer notes

Got Item

Selecting 'Got Item'

Once you have followed the three points of contact and have confirmed it is the correct item your customer has ordered you can then place it in the correct trolley bag and select GOT ITEM.

Once selected, the item will be highlighted in green. You must select got item after each item you pick.

The Three Point Check

What are the Three Points of Contact?

Getting it Right

Getting the right item every time

When picking an order for your customer, they are trusting that you will only shop for the products that they have ordered.

By only picking the correct products, you are giving your customer confidence in your ability and helping to create value for the customer.

If you do this, the customer will likely create value for you by tipping and ordering again helping to increase your earning power.

What happens if I pick the wrong item?

Picking and delivering the wrong item means that the customer gets charged for something that they didn't order.

If you arrive at a customer's home with an incorrect item, ask them to contact Buymie support through their app. Do not return the item to the store yourself.

If the customer does not want to keep the item, you may keep it for yourself.

Your invoice will be deducted to cover the cost of reimbursing the customer for incorrect items.
