  • Suicide is the #1 cause of death for people aged 10-39
  • About 26.6% of deaths per 100000 population is due to suicide
  • 13,799 people died of suicide in 2019 ( 37.8 people a day)

Zoe exists to put an end to the trend of Suicide in South Korea, by being the bridge to the choice of life

  • Overseeing every facet of the company and ensuring its productivity.

  • Responsible for making major corporate decisions.

  • The main point of communication amongst the teammates.

  • Responsible for the financial health of the company.

  • Manages the accounting and economic aspects of ZOÉ by implementing a financial strategy aimed toward profitable long-term growth.

  • In charge of the company’s marketing and communications strategies.

  • Manages the overall branding and image.

  • Produces and executes the content for ZOÉ’s social media accounts and website.

Marketing Analyst - CHIBU

  • Helps the company decide which products and services to sell, to which customers, at what price.

  • Brings results by studying market conditions, competitors' activities and consumer behavior.

Public Relations Director - BARBARA

  • Maximizes the brand presence on websites, TV, and social media.

  • Cultivates and maintains relationships with media, influential professionals and celebrities to promote ZOÉ’s stickers.

  • Point of contact with surf shops, coffee shops, bars, stores, nightclubs, and ski resorts where we sell our product.

Chief Product Officer - KENZY

  • Oversees everything and anything product-related within a company.

  • Has an understanding of everything that has to do with the product, including development, design, vision, and execution.

MARKETING

  • In order to reach our audience ranging between ages 9-24 we partner with Seoul's community. This includes: churches, ministries, mental health facilities, colleges and local businesses.

  • The churches, ministries, health facilities, colleges and businesses we partner with will sell and distribute our stickers.

  • We expand our online presence by attaching a QR-scan code to every sticker to promote our Instagram which contains multiple resources.

  • GOAL: to be a resource that provides information on activities, local events, and mental health for Korean youth.

ZOE's dream is to impact the nation of South Korea with not only stickers but with our giving.

A percentage of our total earning will go directly into organizations and groups that help stop the climbing suicide rate.

ZOE will be a donation crowded funded project in combination with our own start up money.

In addition to the crowd funded amount we are selling 1,000 to 1,500 stickers monthly.

Yearly we are profiting approximately $136,000.

ZOE will be conducted out of a home, utilizing a plotter, printer and cutter to make stickers.

We are expecting an annual growth of 3%, within five years we are reaching for the future of ZOÉ for a total growth of 15% and a gross income of $321,000.

With the expansion of ZOE we are wanting to once again to be a crowed funded project. However, this time with a hybrid model of peer to peer lending and Equity crowd funding.

For Zoe maintaining a platform used to promote personal community is key. personal community is a place to belong, feel heard, and fellowship with others. Zoe is deigned to bring this forwarded by having a rotating list of activities and support groups. which is found on Zoe's Instagram. In offering the option for local gatherings, clubs, events, and outreaches to give times and meeting dates that Zoe can post/share through Instagram Zoe will continue to stay both relevant and plugged into the community.

There is an urgency to the need for mental health awareness in Seoul South Korea. Zoe's heart is to reach this need by exposing the urgency. Through the inspirational positive sticker designs and intentional resources promoted through Zoe's Instagram. Zoe will keep the conversation on mental health alive and shine a light on awareness. As the understanding of mental health grows Zoe will be a hub for people seeking help and ways for people to be the help.

Looking Forward

Looking forward for Zoe means that as the company grows in product demand. Zoe will allow room for new team members and ideas to be brought on board. Long term this will take place through internship programs being offered that could potentially lead to the participant being hired and brought on staff. Zoe is continuing to look forward and stay open to new ideas and creative team members.
