The Four Questions

Four Questions

Who Has The Power?

How Do They Get The Power?

How Do They Keep The Power?

Do the citizens have rights?

Who Has The Power?

Who has power?

The Prime Minister will create the rules that the 3 Kolmes will enforce the laws to make sure that the people are following them. Kolmes are the ruling bodies for the Prime Minister.

How Do They Get The Power?

How do they get it?

Re-elections will happen when 1 Kolme thinks the Prime Minister should be replaced. If 2/3 agree, they will have a re-election.

The other way to get a re-election, is if one of the citizens gathers a petition of 100 signatures.

How Do They Keep The Power?

How do they keep it?

The Prime Minister and Three Kolmes keep the power by running the government smoothly and safely. If they break any of the more major laws they will get kicked out of their spot. Another way they will be removed is if people just don't like how they are running the island.

Do The Citizens Have Rights?

This will be covered in another category.

Citizen

Rights

Citizen Rights

Citizen Rights

Yes, the citizens have rights, but they also have laws that the government creates. The laws that they make have to follow the 10 commandments. Citizens and the government have three strikes of breaking the laws. Then, they go to jail. In our preamble we promised to be kind and fair, that's why we give them 3 chances. But if someone murders someone, they will go to jail for less than the normal punishment. Honor your mother and father and small commandments like that don't count, but stealing, lying, and murdering are the biggest ones that need to be followed.
