WHAT IS GOAL 3?

Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3 or Global Goal 3), regarding "Good Health and Well-being", is one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations in 2015. The official wording is: "To ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.'' The targets of SDG 3 cover and focus on various aspects of healthy life and healthy lifestyle.

  • Find a Goal 3 charity you want to support. Any donation, big or small, can make a difference!

  • Vaccinate yourself and your kids. Protecting your family from disease also aids public health.

  • Place yourself on the organ and tissue donors’ registry in your country.

  • Donate your blood. Safe blood saves lives!

  • Drink a lot of water
  • Eat healthy meals.
  • Get regular exercise
