Learning outcomes
- Critically review key aims and educational issues in relation to education and training in own specialist area.
- Critically analyse the inclusiveness of own approach to the planning and preparation of a particular course in own curriculum area explaining to what extent this takes account of policy developments within the sector, and key curriculum issues.
- Critically discuss ways of adjusting own practice to address issues of inclusivity or policy developments, including equality and diversity.
- Implement and critically evaluate an identified strategy in own practice.
