Roles
- Social Engagement Chair
- Chair the social engagement meetings and lead the team in all engagement activities for the CCI, including a know-before-you-go webinar
- Lead for Social Media + Committee Member
- Curate and manage all CCI social media posts pre, during, and post the 2020 CCI, working in collaboration with the Division blogger
- Lead for CCI Morning Mixer
- Create an informal opportunity for CCI attendees to get together before the CCI begins
- Lead for Nighttime Social
- Work with a local Austin, Texas college to create an engaging nighttime social for participants on the Saturday night of the CCI
- Assessment and Action Chair
- Chair the assessment meetings for bibliography and action accelerator activities, including the recruitment of action accelerator facilitators
- Lead for Annotated Bibliography Creation
- Create an annotated bibliography connecting participants to the conference theme(s)
- Lead for Workshops
- Be the main contact for accelerator facilitators (recruiting facilitators_

Responsibilities
- Attend committee conference calls and provide content knowledge and expertise
- Encourage colleagues to submit proposals
- Encourage colleagues to serve as program proposal reviewers
- Possibly submit a proposal to present
- Review 5-6 proposals
- Attend and contribute to all program selection calls as an expert on reviewed programs
- Volunteer on site (registration, introducing speakers, facilitating networking, etc.)
