1. enter the domain name in your browser then your computer will contact the configured *isp nameservers asking for the ip address of the domain you are looking for.
2. if your isp **nameserver has the info on the ip address it will tell your computer asap if not it will ask the dns
3. If DNS does not have the ip address it will ask for help from the root nameserver
4. root nameserver willtell your computer the nameserver (primary) and the authoritative nameserver (secondary)
5. after having this data your isp nameserver will have the ip address you are looking for

6. You can now enyoy the content of the domain

A Canonical Name record is a type of resource record in the (DNS) used to specify that a domain name is an alias for another ONE, which is the "canonical" domain.
In case you are setting a CNAME on an older domain in Mobidea, keep an eye out for the TTL (time to live) settings. This means that your subdomain and CNAME may take a little longer to propagate.
