Conclusion

The Mayan economy was based on agriculture but not conuco cultivation, which was the method both the Taino and Kalinago used. The Taino and Kalinago were less reliant on agriculture than the Mayans were. The Taino and Kalinagoes barely engaged in trade compared to the Mayans' extensive market. The Taino built small villages that were also made for permanence, the Kalinago did not build houses for permanence, and the Maya had great city-states that were built for permanence. The taino and Kalinago's and the Mayans' technologies were very different from one another; the latter was much more advanced. They also practised a wide variety of customs.
