- Clearances are required for all volunteers both in class and for field trips.
- Now may be a good time to apply as processing takes a few weeks.
- Clearances need to be completed and in to the office 2 weeks prior to an event

- Please send a light snack each day which can be consumed in about 5-10 minutes. NUT FREE
- Healthy and nutritious - apples, carrots, pretzels, cheese stick, etc...
- Labeled water bottle may be sent in daily.
- A reminder to all that we do not share snacks.
- Free BREAKFAST is available to morning students.
- Each child will be acknowledged on the special day!
- We will sing to our special birthday friend and they
will choose a little treasure from the birthday box.

For lateness, absences or appointments in the middle of the day:

- Take a picture of your signed absence note and send it to:

- Send a signed absence note to your teacher within 3 days of your child's return to school.

- Afternoon Class - 1:30pm-3:30pm
- If your child is attending class each day via Zoom,
he or she will NOT need to complete any activities on Seesaw after school hours, as we will be assigning them during the kindergarten session.
- If your child is ABSENT from our Zoom lesson,
he or she can complete the day's Seesaw assignments asynchronously.
- We would like to reiterate Independent work is a required part of the kindergarten day. Please be sure that your child completes all work either during the zoom lesson, or within 1-2 days, to be considered present for the day.

Online supplement to our Kindergarten Program
- Homework will be sent home on a monthly basis beginning in October.
- Homework folders will be sent home on the first school day of each month and will be collected on the last school day of each month. Also posted by month on Schoology.
- Folders will include a choice of activities each month and a homework journal in which to complete these activities. Included optional Recommended and Enrichment pages if your child desires to complete these.
- In addition we strongly encourage 15 minutes of reading aloud each evening with your child.

- AM and PM BOTH arrive to school at 8:45 am.
- ALL students visit farm via buses
- AM class must be picked up at 2:00 pm
- PM class is welcome to stay until regular dismissal time or be picked up at 2pm .
