Final Statement

Closing Info

There are only 2,400-2,800 Sumatran Elephants remaining in the wild. Reduction of about 50 per cent from the 1985 population estimate. If the curent trends continue, Sumatran Elephants could be extinct in less than 30 years. The Sumatran Elephant lives on an island located in Indonesia

Help save the endangered elephants!!

  • Prevent hunting
  • Donate to fundraisers/organizations
  • volunteer your time to protect the wildlife

How can we help?

My opinion

What do you think and feel?

I think that it is very upsetting knowing that we are slowly losing species. We should try harder to protect them. It is sad that we only have about 3,000 of the Sumatran elephants left. It's also sad that some of them are losing their homes. Overall, i just hope that the elephants do not go extinct
