Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and it is a needed nutrient for normal growth and development.
Vitamin C can be found in various foods like:

- strawberries

- spinach and other leafy vegetables
Vitamin C can also be found as supplements that can be found in stores and be taken over the counter.

Excess:
- Too much vitamin C could lead to stomach pains, diarrhea, bloating, nausea, vomiting, and even more problems like the color of the skin changing.

Iron is vital to the body because it helps with the transportation of oxygen in body.
It can be found in foods like:
- White beans
- Dark chocolate
- Spinach
- Lean ground beef
- Cashew nuts
- Oysters and clams
- Plain and dry oats
Iron can help with the following things:
- Supporting red blood cells and hormone creation
- Helps regulate and balance body temperature,
- Allows pregnant women to have a healthy pregnancy.
- Helps with stamina and mood of a person.
Deficiency:
- Iron deficiency can lead to anemia. Anemis is the body's lack production of hemoglobin, which allows red blood cells to carry oxygen. A lack of iron can also cause lung problems and heart failure, even cancer.
Excess:
- Too much iron can also cause problems to the body like heart failure, liver disease, and diabetes. Iron overload could also be life-threatening. Too much intake could cause the body to overdose on the excess iron in the body.
Water is the most important nutrient. It is what makes up about sixty percent of the human body. A person could not go more than a few days without water without it being a problem to their health.

- Any high moisture fruits and foods.
The easiest way to get enough water intake is by drinking any tap or bottled water.

- Too much water in body can could cause cells to swell or make it harder for your kidneys to get rid of the extra water. This could be harmful to the body and even life threatening.
