Vision for the first 12 months
Ensure all students are able to make informed decisions about their range of options for their future. Raise aspirations in regards to employment & access to FE & HE and ensure all children reach their full potential.
Establish Strategic TPS Partnership Board– to include The Careers & Enterprise Company Co-ordinator for T&W, T& W Local Business Advisor, SLT link for Careers & Enterprise in the curriculum, Governor for Careers, Parent (CEIAG Framework)
Audit current TPS Careers Programme (Compass Audit Tool)
Introduce all staff to Compass Tracking Tool to identify coverage /gaps in regards Gatsby Benchmarks (2013) across the curriculum
Identify & target vulnerable and underperforming groups (Establish an inspirational and engaging alternative provision that still ensures access to meaning careers programme for all)
Embed Careers & Enterprise opportunities across the curriculum
Ensure an inclusive careers programme, evaluated by students, parents and stakeholders, such as business.
Aim towards achieving the Quality Award in CEIAG.
