  • Transparent and elaborate faculty recruitment process, including the students as part of the process

  • A new initiative in LIBA, recruitment of Teaching Assistants and nurturing them into full-fledged faculty

  • A new 360 degree Performance Appraisal method was introduced consisting of feedback from Self, Peers, Manager, and Students to review and ensure continuous and on-going self-development of Faculty, Staff, RAs and TAs

  • Staff were asked to maintain a daily work log report

Faculty members were instructed to prepare course outlines based on the new system, where higher emphasis is given to continuous evaluation and experiential learning.
