We want these reviews to not only reflect a high star rating, but also highlight the people at these facilities. Google reviews are the first thing a person sees when they search a facility or punch it into their GPS.

Marketers collect hundreds of emails from liaisons and case managers of hospitals, hospice, Assisted Living, etc. By compiling these emails into a database we can send weekly mass emails about outcomes, upcoming events, news, or whatever we want. Best part is it's free!

Next steps

  • Creating weekly micro-blogs. I have already created and example.
  • Liaisons can begin to ask for reviews from tours, family members, and follow ups after patients have admitted.
  • Compile email addresses from current contacts and create a template to send weekly emails.
