Introduction
INTRO
- Organizational assessments are meant to help identify the current performance of an organization as well as potential opportunities for growth within.
- Organizational assessments are a beneficial tool for organizations to objectively look within in order to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency, financial viability, and overall performance of the company. They are also beneficial for monitoring goal progress as well as offering the opportunity for others to give input and feedback.

BENEFITS
- Some issues that are typically identified through organizational assessments are work climate, external environment, business environment, management practices, job-skill matches, goals, performance, structure, capacity, and organizational culture. After an organization has assessed and identified the issues within, they will be able to adopt an assessment model that they feel best suits their needs.

ORGANIZATION HEALTH
- As we near our third year living through a pandemic with no end in sight, it is important now more than ever that we come together as an organization and review our quality of service as well as the quality of our leadership in order to improve the health of this organization.
- With us not only facing the pandemic, but global product shortages, it is vital that we take this time to accommodate for the unintentional stress that our employees and customers have had to face as a result.
