4 Sales x month Plan

The 2025 goal is set on 300 franchises in México

-Annual average Franchise Sales: 21

-Annual average kicked out Franchises: 14

-Real annual growth: 7 Franchises.

Because we need to get back on track and get closer to objective I worked and made a 4 sales

per month plan that is focused in 4 principal subjects;

1. Increase our salesforce.

2. New sales structure.

3. Budget to make it happen

4. Better and faster sales process.

1.- Increase our Sales Force.

I’m going to recruit and train 2 additional salespeople as FRONTLINERS, knowing that in 4-5 months a sales consultant is trained and selling at least 1 Franchise a month I need to start the recruitment right away, so I can start training them in the next 4 months.

Our current Sales Team can sell 2 to 2.5 Franchises per month, we just need 1.5 to 2 more sales, I’m calculating that the 2 new salespeople can be able to sell with help in the closing 1 per month after 4 months of training plus our average monthly sales we get the 4 wanted sales per month.

I’m sure that with this new plan we will reach the 300 Franchises goal in 6 years instead of 20 years and maybe even faster than 2025.

2.- New Franchise Sales Structure:

Salary. (Amounts in USD, Exchange rate $18.00 pesos x dollar)

The difference between current salaries and 4 sales plan salaries is $2,800.00 usd monthly, $33,600.00 usd annual.

3) Budget to make it happen.

The best part of the plan is that I don´t need extra money, the money we need to cover the expenses of the new sales team is the money we spent in A.M.P.I. Sponsorships.

10% Other tools as Magazines, Newspapers and media advertising.

Brand Values:

-Training: We have the best training on Real Estate plus the training and the innovation of Real Estate School Mexico (RESM) we are beyond any of our competitors.

-Tech/Mmarketing: Our alliance with the best Real Estate Websites, this ar ace card whit conversions.

-Franchise Sales Team: Since 2014 we sell more Franchises than our competitors and we get the 2nd Place selling Century 21 Franchises of the world, our sales team is our biggest strength, clients prefer to invest with us because we are the best in selling this.

Recommendation to make the Sales Process Faster:

-Keep our affiliation process easy people choose easy solutions and we are complicated to get in with current process.

-We need to be able to send the contracts to clients for signing to save time in negotiations. Or sign the contracts with the C.E.O or C.O.O in case C.E.O is not at the office.

-Being more active in the Mexican Franchise Association (AMF) and other Real Estate and Specialized Real Estate Associations and use the money saved in AMPI´S to get more Franchise Expos and Real Estate Specialized events such as “Inmobiliare”.

-Recently Jorge K made online and telephone interviews to help in the process with foreign prospects with great results.

-Naming the New offices always was a very easy, fast and helpful process during the sale, but right now this one of the worst processes we have, to many authorizations and too slow, sometimes we need more than 8 days to get a name authorize and ready, I propose to get back to the old process were the clients and I get the name and then ask for availability, we all know the name restrictions so I don´t find big trouble here.

-With our Brand Values, our strengths and the implementation of this sales plan I´m sure that we can get closer of our goal, with full country coverage and of course with more and well-trained agents.
