We think of presenter's virtual space as a canvas to express their words in a way that the physical space would never allow them.
Helping them to augment the big picture and key messages, whilst zooming in on fine details like never before. The added depth and context will make their presentations more likely to resonate and be remembered.

We imagine viewers screen space as a platform, where everyone sits in the best seat in the house, getting close to the speaker and has the opportunity to actively engage with the context, something that would be hard to replicate in a physical space. Whether it’s the ability to express emotion or replay presentations & content, the feeling of attending a virtual summit will finally feel personal and interactive.

The engagement touch points will range from: voting up & down the quality of the content, answering a question / a guess by selecting an answer / guess from a range of options ABCD, clicking on a graph / chart and interacting with data which will mean the viewer actively consumes more of the information that’s presented to him, or play out a video / animation that will pop-up and takes over the screen so that the viewer gets access to a top quality video in an ideal viewing format

If viewer stops interacting with the content, the video pauses
until the user either skips the content or plays out the content.
This will ensure focus on the presentation and create the session
more interactive and engaging with a great ability to emphasize
key pieces of content such as data, words, videos, demos etc.

This capability will solve the problem of users who are not actively participating (such as conference call or being in the same room as everyone else) being distracted by ordinary things such as open emails, social media, news sites on their internet, spread sheets, phone calls, trips to the fridge or bathroom and will combat boredom that will stem from a passive viewing experience of hours and hours of webinars and other virtual summits.

The viewer will be able to use their finger or a mouse and rotate the ‘studio’ to see content from a wider angle as sessions will be filmed using 360 degree cameras. Some content could be placed in left or right negative space and therefore as part of the engagement and interactivity the viewer would be naturally engaging with the session by being asked to look left or right and move their mouse/swipe to the left or right using a finger

At the end of the presentation session, viewers can leave a feedback and/or re-watch the session

Presenter will be required to import his/hers presentation into ATTND ‘RUN OF SHOW’ platform and decide on which pieces of content / information will require attendee focus and will be brought to life

This information will be crucial to establish the level of augmentation & level of custom content development, whether it’s AR / Motion Graphics / Interactive Right Panel (voting, likes, Q&A, test, video, animation playout)

Presenter will decide on aesthetics of his/hers virtual studio and the level of branding, the same way as if this was a real stage. The studio will be modelled in 3D software and post-filming, the studio would be tweaked to make sure its 100% compatible and synced with the presenter’s speech, ensuring the set looks perfect on a camera.

Presenter will decide where each of the interactive moments appears in a sequence of order, similarly to cue-ing up a live show

Presenter will have a much greater guarantee that their audience us actively listening, similarly to being sat in a room where non-one gets up from a chair in a middle of a speech, something that’s never guaranteed when being in a home environment
