Different cultures can be encouraged to innovate, develop, and find smart solutions in trusting employees for the experience and allowing open communication between all levels of the organization. This will help increase productivity by giving employees an additional sense of purpose.
Employees strongly agree that the diversity of cultures creates a stimulating environment for work and this depends on choosing the appropriate management and strategy to deal with employees and obtain the necessary support and motivation that will automatically reflect on their affiliation and dedication to their work and for a company.
When the cultures are diversified in the company and freedom is given to share the employees with their different opinions, ideas and culture, this positively affects the performance of the employees and therefore the company will be affected positively. Employee participation is the direct result of a firm's strong culture. A culture of high performance promotes the behaviors and standards that make the organization achieve excellent results by setting clear business goals, setting employee obligations, creating an educational environment, encouraging employees to grow and reinventing themselves continuously.
Recommendation
* Directing employees to learn from each other and communicate freely and transparently, and not to restrict their ideas and freedom while observing not to cross borders.
* I advise the company to organize brainstorming sessions continuously as it is a distinguished way to promote innovation and productivity in the company.
