Methodology
The centre will use psychosocial learning skills such as open discussion, questions and answers, role-plays and practical sessions, and secondary literature to train. Instruction will be in English, with a second language used for cases of language barriers or to deepen understanding.

- The Total Fee for Registering the Business in Kimberly,BC – $1000.00
- Legal expenses for obtaining licenses and permits as well as the accounting services (software, P.O.S machines and other software) - $5000
- Marketing promotion expenses.. in the amount of $10000
- Insurance (general liability, workers’ compensation and property-casualty) coverage at a total premium – of $2,400.
- Cost for payment of rent for 12 months $100,000.00
- Cost for Leasehold Improvements $20,000.
- Other start-up expenses include stationery ($500) and phone and utility deposits ($2,500).
- Operational cost for the first three months (salaries of employees, payments of bills etc) – $80,000
- The cost for Furniture and Fixtures $50,000
- Cost for other equipment (cash register, security, ventilation, signage) – $13,750
- The cost for the purchase of gadgets (Computers, Printers, Telephone, TVs, Sound System, tables and chairs ): $4,000.

- ITA Designation Fees: ITA has established the designation review process as a cost-recovery service. Training providers are expected to pay the
- direct costs associated with the process in three stages.
