Employees are promoted to one level up in the organisational structure every year.

To become an AM the employee needs to possess minimum eligibility criteria of professional qualification as a CPA, ACCA or CA.

As part of employee development, a counselor assigned to each employee to – Decide the highs and lows of workforce in general and the specific employee as well.

A rating above 3 was a ‘beyond expectation’ rating ocassionally given to an employee.

A feedback is much more effective if it works both ways, i.e. associates give feedback to their seniors.

Every employee has a ‘My Development Site’ - feedback and growth portal.

At the end of each financial year, each associate gets a feedback on this portal from the senior they have worked with.
