PROBLEM:

Late payment of invoices from prime and to subs

Created a 6 Sigma Project:

Fishbone diagram; also called cause-and-effect diagram, Ishikawa diagram

Fishbone is an analysis tool considered one of the best quality tools. The fishbone diagram identifies many possible causes for an effect or problem. It can be used to structure a brainstorming session.

It immediately sorts ideas into useful categories.

Root Cause Analysis:

Asked the question "Why" 5 times to drill down to the real problem
