CONNECTION RULES

- You will have your virtual classes through meet.google.com
- Remember to always say hello and goodbye to your teacher and classmates.
- Prepare a proper space to take your classes. (Desk/table, good light, no distractions)
- Prepare with enough time your entire material for your classes.
- Turn on your camera and microphone when the teacher calls your name while calling role, and when the teacher asks you to participate.
- Take notes of the important things during classes.
- To avoid interruptions, write your questions in the chat; the teacher will answer as soon as possible.

- Have enough charge in your devices where you take your classes.
- It is not permitted to take screen-shots or videos during the classes.
- Connect to your classes on-time
- In case you have any connection problems, write an email to your tutor or to Miss Laura to let them know that you have an issue; and to avoid receiving a note.

You will get a neatness note if...
Note
- You don't use a proper outfit during virtual classes, videos, or photos that are related to assignments.
- It is better if you use your school uniform; however, if you have none, you will have to dress the following way:
- Girls: blouse without a pronounced neckline and with sleeves, well-groomed hair, preferably up or without covering the face, clean face, jeans without tears; no cap.
- Boys: t-shirt with sleeves, well-groomed hair and without covering the face, clean face, jeans without tears, no caps.
Neatness Notes Proccess
Process
1. Your teacher and/or tutor can check your uniform daily.
2. The day that your uniform is checked, your tutor will fill the neatness note with the correspondent color and will have a monthly control.
3. The teacher will tell you that you have a neatness note at the end of your virtual class.
4. The note will be sent by Miss Laura via email to you, and to your parents so both confirm that you are aware of the note. In case the confirmation email is not sent, Miss Laura will send an email to remind your parents of the note.
- If a student gets a blue note, he/she will have zero in all the activities of the day.
- In case it's considered necessary, a meeting with parents and students will be asked by the tutor in a proper schedule.
- If the student backslides in a neatness fault and has already reached the blue note and the month is not over, he/she will receive the white note again.

1.- Constantly getting late to class (3 times).

4. Lack of respect actions.
5. Using material not related to school: slime, toys, videogames, cellphone.
6. Listening to music or playing videogames during class.

- Documents, projects, homework or plagiarized activities; made by a classmate, the internet, or a book.
- Verbal lacks of respect, saying bad words or violent verbal reactions to teachers or students during classes.

- Make the same action that lead you to an informative note again.
Report
Report
- Lack of verbal respect to principals, coordinators, teachers and / or any collaborator of the Institute.
- Any form of harm or intimidation to any person at the institute.
- Plagiarized documents (grades, official documents, parent signatures, etc.).
- Total plagiarism of activities.
- Attempt or access to other's institutional digital accounts.
- Distributing premeditated pornography.
- Participate in virtual fights.
- Any type of harassment on classmates and / or teaching staff.
- Games and / or challenges that threaten the integrity of the student or other members of the educational community.
- Record, publish and / or distribute photos and / or videos of colleagues, teachers, educational authorities or those who are using a badge of the institute.
- Publish without authorization, defame, and mock your classmates and / or teachers on social networks.
Reports Follow-ups
1st report: Suspension of 1 day, 5 in general behavior, and 0 in all activities of the day.
2nd report: Suspension of 3 days, 5 in general behavior, and 0 in all activities of the day.
3rd report: The readmission form is conditioned or the student will be expelled permanently.
