The Lewis and Clark expedition is a mission two men, Meriwether Lewis and William Clark, were sent on by THomas Jefferson to explore the west side of North America.

This event was one of the most important exploration action in history. It helped the U.S. to understand what was farther to the West, and if they wanted to expand over there.
