- Gender Socializaiton for most men in the U.S. means that they are taught to conceal their emotions and live behind emotional masks.
- Three basic lies that boys are taught: masculinity is associated with athletic ability; masculinity is associated with economic power and success; masculinity is associated with sexual conquest.
- Gender is a social construct and sex is a biological term that refers to the chromosomes you have.
- Profiliation and pruning suggest that the brain connections you use are strengthened and the one's you don't use die back.
