By the end of the staff meeting, participant will work alongside department members to analyze benchmark data from 2017-2018 school and identify four literacy standards to progressively scaffold into instruction throughtout the next four quarters.

By the end of the staff meeting, participant will work alongside department members to create an action plan for following school year literacy standards and share with PLC members positive and negative interventions for student success based on goals that were set for the school year.

  • Plan for the following school year based on the strategies used

Closing Meeting

  • Celebrate the success and reflect on the failures that have taken place throughout the year with cross department PLC members.
