What is Philosophy? - Yes the study of a fundamental problem, NOT finding the answer the exploration creating a wider understanding.

Students will have a clear understanding of what they need to produce as evidence to support their Independent Research Project.
Students will have an understanding of research and the tools available to ensure they have enough information to support their opinion.
Students will understand the social rules required to support their peers during the delivery of the completed Independent Research Project.

Trust and Maturity - This is independent research and the Ghentinator will be monitoring your efforts and output.
Expectations
- Consistent and appropriate engagement during the research and exploration phase.
- A reasonable amount of research written and presented information to support your conclusion about your topic.
- A clear presentation to deliver your exploration to us all
- Appropriate attention and positive listening to each others presentation.
You Efforts
You will have adequate time to complete your research and deliver your presentation. This will be a mixture of Library research time and class time.
DO NOT RUSH - Quality is directly linked to reviewing and improving, this takes time.
You need to select and stick with a Philosophical question. Don't change your mind. Perseverance is required to find the information you need this takes time.
