Jay Wilds is Guilty
Adnan
Adnan Syed was convicted of first degree murder of Hae Min Lee. He was her ex-boyfriend and classmate at Woodlawn High School at the time. Most witnesses remember him as charismatic, and a model-citizen. Despite his poor memory of the events on January 13th, he claim's he's innocent. His story severely contrasts Jay's.
Jay
Jay was a key witness against Adnan. He claims Adnan showed him Hae's body, and then made him bury her body at Leakin Park. However, his story changes multiple times in different interviews.
Asia was an alibi witness. She claimed she was at the library at 2:30pm with Adnan after school, during the time Hae was killed. Later, she wrote letters to him confirming his prescence at the library.

At 3:32pm, an outgoing call from Adnan's phone was made to Nisha, who claims she picked up and was put on the phone with Jay. According to her, Jay was working at the video store, however, he did not have the job at the time. Adnan claimed his phone was with Jay, so he must have butt-dialed her.
Cathy
Cathy was a close friend of both Jay and Jenn. She stated that Jay, Adnan, Jenn, and herself were at her apartment the evening of January 13th, which was corroborated by Jay and Adnan. Cathy remembered Adnan getting a call, and then acting worried. Her story not only makes Adnan look suspicious, it suggests there was a third party or co-conspirator involved in the crime.
Jenn was a good friend of Jay, and according to her story, she saw Adnan at the Westview Mall. On the 13th, Jay was hanging out at her house, where Adnan called 6 times. Her story did not corroborate Jay's nor Adnan's at all, and she even lied to police at one point.

Mr. S found Hae's body while stopping on his way to work at Leakin Park to use the bathroom. He traveled 127 feet into the woods, where he happened to stumble upon Hae's hair. He was considered a suspect until given a polygraph test, which he passed.
Don
Don was Hae's boyfriend after Adnan. According to Hae's diary, she was infatuated with him. On January 12th, the day before her murder, Hae was at Don's house. The next day, Don recalled her not wanting to go to school. A note was then found in her car to Don.
