More money will be involved on clothing, shoes, and any other accesories.
They may have questions about how life works and you are there to be there for them.
Launching

Your life will seem very different without the children in the house.
You will be able to work long hours again or pick up and extra job.
When they go off to college or such you have to help them leave.
Teaching them about adult life.
New members in the family as of your children's relationships.

You may get more tired and problems as you get older so you might have to reduce hours in the workspace.
Your family feels shorten in the house because it's just you and your partner.
Income pressures often decrease during this stage
