Fomo has all the potential to be one of the most sucessful bars in Morristown. But there are some things standing in our way. We need to organize the way we are doing things and solve the things holding us back.
We need to organize the way we are doing things so we can better understand why things arent working the way we want them to and we need to do a better job promoting ourselves.
We need to implement new ways to do things so that we can better keep track of what we are doing. Implementing things such as a daily operations report and nightly recap as well as a standarized invetory system will alow us to improve in those areas as well as reduce waste of time and resources.
Fomo has a lot of potential but it isn't realized potential ... yet. We need to change the way people see us and think of us. First we need to understand why people aren't choosing us and change that. Then we need to find a way to keep them coming back.
There's a lot to do so we need to take it one step at a time.
Phase one encompases all the necessary changes that need to take place in order to get us running the bar efficiently. We won't fix Fomo if we get a bunch of people coming once and never again.
We need someone in charge of running the day to day restaurant as well as making sure the team has everything it needs to succeed. Someone to have their finger on everything but not necessarily doing everything.
We need to be able to properly measure success. We need to implement ways to quickly and easily see where things are going well and where things are going wrong
Two quick ways to get a summary of the night or week.
Keeping track of our spending and inventory is key to making sure we are profitable
If we want our customers to see us differently we first need to change the way our own team sees us going from the top down.
We don't just need better posts we need to understand the publics perseption of Fomo.
We first need to understand what hesitations people have about Fomo and why they're choosing other bars over us. Then we can see how to change it.
We need to not only increase our social media precense but also make it stand out.
Generic posts aren't gonna catch anyones eye.
We need to get people excited to come back for "the next event".
Always have somethig planned for the future so people can look forward to coming back.
