The power of sleep

Sleep

It is very important to get the right amount of hours of sleep. Typically it is recommended to get 9 hours of sleep. Along with sleeping, take some short naps. Naps can give you a boost and is another way to forget what is causing your stress.

Do what you enjoy

Hobbies

Go have fun. While many times we are focusing on accomplishing our goals, we sometimes forget to to simply enjoy life. This can include playing instruments, playing sports, talking with your friends, and so on.

Long term vs short term

GOALS

Many time we focus too much on completing x,y, and z and a short amount of time. Try looking at the bigger picture and take your goals one step at the time to avoid overwhelming yourself.

Relaxation techniques

Relaxation

Sometimes a bit of yoga, meditation, taking a few deep breaths is all you need. When everything is pouring down of you, it may help to just forget everything that is occurring around you for bit, and only think of positive moments.
