The State of Louisiana V. Nicolas Cage
Defendant, Nicolas Cage is being accused of domestic abuse, and disturbing the peace in New Orleans. He pled not guilty.
My client was picked up by police about 6:30am. A cab driver claimed he saw Cage grabbing his wife, Alice, in a fight about where they live in the city.( His two homes in the city have been foreclosed.) My client allegedly dared police to "just arrest me," and they did.
I find my client not guilty because he is very loved and respected by many. The i-witness probably caught him at a bad time and decided to make something out of nothing . There is not enough evidence to prove these allegations, and my clients wife Alice, said she will not press charges and denies any physical contact. So therefore I am asking all charges against my client to be dropped and my client be a free man.
