August 2013 BIAC releases it's Inclusion Lens
In 2009 a Social Profile of Burlington is brought forward by the BIAC committee.
This comprehensive document builds on the previous work of the committee and it's members.
"This Inclusion Lens supports the City of Burlington
to achieve its vision of being inclusive in all it says
and does, and to achieve full access and equity in
governance, services, and administration. The City
believes that in order to achieve its vision equity,
diversity, and inclusion must be incorporated into
the day-to-day work of City staff."
Ultimately laying the foundation for the future focus
of the BIAC Committee.
