Plan of Care

Plan of Care

  • First Kennedi tells her mom. Her mom, being very protective, takes her to the ER.

  • Her doctor performs an MRI on her knee to conclude she has a medial meniscus tear.

  • Her doctor then gives her a note to give to her coach. She must rest it for 6-8 weeks. It is minor enough she will not need surgery.

Plan of Care

  • Kennedi gives the note to her coach, to which he responds, "This is the dumbest way I've ever seen someone injure themselves"

  • He tells her to go see the trainer to find ways to help her heal.

  • After Kennedi Explains what happened, the trainer gives her a list of excersises some include: straight leg raises, standing heal raises, clams, and leg extensions.
