While doing sports you have to manage your time wisely because of school. In school you will have homework, tests, projects, and quizzes. If you don't learn to manage time between school and sports you'll have a lot of pressure to study and get all your homework done on time.

-Make a checklists of things you need to get done.

-Don't procrastinate

-Don't get distracted by your phone

- Get a planner to get better organized

The causes of stress can include anxiety, from school and the pressure of making good grades. The stress could affect you by making you nervous which causes you to not playing at your very best. When you start to play bad then that is all you think about and you get in your head thinking you will mess up which causes your anxiety to raise.

Playing sports could often give you pressure of wanting to do well and not messing up. You have to learn from your mistakes and keep up with your grades. You might feel like you don't have enough time for homework or studying but there are always ways to manage your time well. If you have to play a game stressed or under pressure it could effect how you play in a negative way.
