The reason of this Agreement is to represent a Service Level Agreement between the HR department and JKL Industries for the implementation of HR strategies and operations within the Company in order to meet HR requirements. And the goals are to act on the Company’s workforce
faults by overcoming them with the use of the HR strategies and operations, to provide better workforce
operation.
The main purpose of training is to produce a change, it is all about improving individual skills of a person or adding more skills into a person which can be used as desired by the specific organization, further training alone can’t motivate a work force however it is the major part that sets long term goals.
In order to decide what training your staff will need, we should first identify the following:
Once the skills are identified the company can proceed to hire skilled people to fill the requirements.
It is Important to know how many staff will be transfer and how many people will be hire for new position. In this way the correct approach to this different groups will be choosen.
This process of recruitment needs to be fast agile and efficient.

* Through the training offered to the human resources department, it is expected to generate awareness in the correct development of the polices, since this department will be responsible for monitoring the strict compliance of these.
* Every month a meeting will be performed between managers and human resources in order to follow the compliance of the policies. Furthermore, e a written report will be delivered to HR department with any issue presented in the different areas and accomplish goals.

*Sales force performance will be measured by financial reports. we expect profits to increase after the training be perform.
*Sales Manager plays an important role in the monitoring of work performance. Any change or adjustment to the sales strategies will be decided base in his/her information.

A high level of assurance for clients and stakeholders will be necessary to compensate for the initial expenses. After roughly one year, the restructuring should see high increases in efficiency and profits.
