well also with my ballroom classes every wedensday and monday i also have my lift team every saturday morning where we have a routine and work on them in the routine and know how to do lifts safely with our partner, there are some really fun lifts out there, lift team is a lot more hardcore then ballroom in some ways cause its way more heavy on technique and balance and some strength and so on.
so what i did for my workouts i had ballroom classes every monday and wedensday with my two teams, there we would do tech and routines, different dances will have different technique like standard dances like waltz and foxtrot focus on a nice topline and heel leads, while latin focuses on cubian action and steping with your toes not heels and less focus on topline, each dance has different counting and a great many other things.
so with all of these during my workouts at dance and lift i would learn all kinds of technique, each dance is different some have similaritys but not always, and lift is more about how to do the lifts so they come naturally and are smooth and you don't get tired.
so each day we would work on different things for each day, like sometime formations, technique, or a mix of both, or just even knowing how to work as a team it all depended on the day, but i worked hard each time.
