Facebook has the most influence with our target audience. This is where most of the time is spent trying to engage with customers. Twitters audience is mainly marketing agents. Google+ audience is customers and other small businesses. LinkedIn connections is people who currently work there.

All platforms increased in engagement, as well as got more or stayed the same with page likes.
INSTAGRAM: Received 65 new followers. 276 new likes. 34 new comments. 37 new posts.
FACEBOOK:10 new posts. 40 new likes. 3 new comments. No new followers. More engagement was created. blog was written and shared. Ad was created for Instagram / Facebook.
LINKEDIN: Received 1 new follower. No likes/comments. 2 new posts.
TWITTER: Received 5 more followers. Posts still came from Facebook link. No comments or shares/likes.
YOUTUBE: No new posts, playlist created. 2 new followers.

These are the interactions and conversions that happened during the time of this project. This helps illustrate the possiblitly there is with social media and this company. As well as how Facebook creates traffic to the website, and has coverted 2 people to a lead.

Facebook: I added more account managers to this site. I then added pages to watch. I also went through old content to see what had performed well in past.
Instagram: I just started this platform for Gutter Cover. I linked to our Facebook page. I worked on getting photos added to the site of installations we have completed. Created #.
LinkedIn: I updated this account and posted a new article from the company website. I also joined a few groups the company is apart of. I also asked ladies in the office to link to account.
Twitter: I added lists to this account to see what the competition is doing, as well to follow other accounts. I then updated the cover photos. I also put our hashtag in the description and created an @.
Youtube: I went through the video descriptions and got more SEO friendly and specific. I also added playlist that I intend to add on to.
CONTENT CALENDAR / IDEAS / LINKS
These are a few ideas we discussed for running ads on both Facebook and Instagram accounts. This particular idea was using beautiful homes Gutter Cover KC has installed on around the KC area. Since they get good engagement on social media when they post photos of the like, it makes sense. I also set up the ads with a specific number to track leads coming from social media accounts.

This is a completely different approach to marketing for Gutter Cover KC. Typically most ads show wood rot, foundation issues, gutters clogged- A negative side to what can be caused if you dont have this product. This campain is broke into different options, but it focuses on the positive side. What you can enjoy from having this product. Its something new to try and test and then go from there.
We are excited to receive new insights and ideas for Social Media Content. We would like to improve in this area and are looking forward to implementing new strategies. Our goal is to have a better social media presence and ultimately a great ROI from the results. We appreciate the hard work Megan did for our behalf!
My take away from this project is to never stop learning, or experimenting with your audience. To pay attention to what your audience wants rather then what you want to share. I believe its a 50/50 interest. I think there is a lot of potential for Gutter Cover Kansas City to find customers. I will also be getting started with instagram and facebook ads soon. I am extremely happy with how instagram has grown and the engagements we get from that platform. It is something I wouldnt have thought we would have got an audience from. Turns out its one of the best performing areas we have now for engagements.
I'm am hoping with ad's I can begin to show the ROI to Gutter Cover soon. That will help explain and show the opportunity social media might be able to help us achieve.
