  • Negative emotions are limiting & positive emotions are resources that fuel individual, group & organizational flourishing.

  • Organizational Values- ideas that are endorsed, shared, and supported by the organization as a whole

  • Organizational Practices- are the procedures, policies, practices,and rules that organizations use to get things done.

  • Virtuous Leadership- represents what individuals and organizations aspire to be when they are at their very best.
