Things I Would Change...

Changes I Would Make...

  • The Board has the most power to make decisions and they are the farthest removed from current students.
  • I'd make the board consist of current faculty and staff who are voted on by the students every 4 years.
  • Not all of the Board members even live in LA, and by making the board consist of current faculty and staff, that would no longer be the case.
  • The titles of positions given on the Org Chart are different than the titles listed online.
  • Loyola seems to be hiring for a lot of positions that have power, and that worries me because by hiring someone from outside, they may not be as in tune with the university and the needs of students.
