Fitness components
- FLEXIBILITY: is the ability to gain the range of movement required for an activity. (Static or dynamic)
- MUSCULAR ENDURANCE: is the ability of a particular muscle group to work continuously at a high level. (repeatedly contract)
- MUSCULAR STRENGTH: is the amount of force produced by a muscle group or group of muscles.
- AGILITY: Changing direction with speed and control
Fitness components
- COORDINATION: is the ability to time your movements so that you perform skills smoothly and accurately
- SPEED: The ability to move quickly, how fast you can move
- BALANCE: is the ability to stay upright or in control of your body position when moving or stationary.
- CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE (Aerobic Capacity): ability of heart & lungs to supply Oxygen
- BODY COMPOSITION: The % amount of muscle, fat, bone and other tissues that make up the body.

- 90 second Routine – Must demonstrate continuous movement, flexibility and strength.

MARKING CRITERIA:
- Musical Interpretation
- Performance of the routine accurately and convincingly with correct skills: CONTENT, EXECUTION & DIFFICULUTY
- Presentation: CHOROGRAPHY, SHOWMANSHIP AND SYNCHRONISATION
