How and When?

Our goals are:

to have employees who work fully remote

to have employees who work a hybrid model

for our employees to have the option to choose

Luckily, our company is already about 85% prepared to have our workforce working fully remote with 1-2 in office days per quarter!

Circumstances forced us to accommodate a more flexible work model with all employees being fully remote in 2020, and then transitioning to a hybrid work model through early 2021.

Our IT team has been hard at work since then facilitating the transition from temporary off-site work to permanent!

What does our current situation look like?

But HOW?

Is this feasible for us as a company?

Currently, all employees are required to work on-site, unless approved by a manager. Being on-site after more than a year of flexible work models has caused employee satisfaction to drop 27% since 2021

How does this benefit the company?

And WHY?

Is this good for the company? The employees? How will this impact all of us?
