Transformative Learning
- Definition: concentrates on how a person's mind receives, organizes, saves and retrieves information.
- Individuals benefit greatly from direct instruction with clear learning outcomes.
- AG kinesthetic learner through touch. Can absorb information through this teaching strategy.
- SM absorbs information more effeciently during class time with most work completed in class.
- LC absorbs information effeciently in a competitive environment (gamifying the classroom) because of their strong interest towards soccer and video games with friends.

- Definition: "Behaviorism is the theory that all behaviors are determined entirely by external stimuli in the environment. This means that every choice that is made, every action that is taken, by any given person, is because of how they have been conditioned to respond to environmental stimuli" (Aiken)
- AG shows frustration in academic or non-kinesthetic related environments.
- SM is reliant on peers in regard to aqcuiring makeup work during lunch.
- LC shows a strong distrust to school admin and lacks the ability to open up when around admin.

Learning Theories
- Definition: when all students, regardless of any challenges they may have, are placed in age-appropriate general education classes that are in their own neighborhood schools to receive high-quality instruction, interventions, and supports that enable them to meet success in the core curriculum (Bui, Quirk, Almazan, & Valenti, 2010; Alquraini & Gut, 2012).
- Benefits students who maybe low socioeconomically, represent a different culture than the majority of students, or is english learning.
- AG is a billingual english learning student who benefits from inclusive education.
- SM is a developing english language student who lacks support in parental help.
- LC demonstrates a lack of experience towards technology. Technology classes can allow LC to be included.

Constructivism
Social Emotional Learning
- Definition:Constructivism’s central idea is that human learning is constructed, that learners build new knowledge upon the foundation of previous learning.
- This prior knowledge influences what new or modified knowledge an individual will construct from new learning experiences (Phillips, 1995).
- AG utilizes tutoring and after school programs to help facilitate learning. Billingualism skills will help heavily in this area.
- SM dedicated work ethic and proficiency in all areas of their academic journey would be viable to construct more knowledge.
- LC grades in mathematics and P.E. are above average demonstrating a good fund of knowledge to construct further processes for areas of growth like ELA.
- Definition: "the process through which all young people and adults acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain supportive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions" (Casel)
- Helps to address various forms of inequity and empower young people and adults to co-create thriving schools and contribute to safe, healthy, and just communities.
- AG has a support network at school with family at the school
- SM proactive approach to seeking help giving them an edge to connect socially at school.
- LC strong friend connection at school through games like soccer, can turn into an ultimate funds of knowledge to use in regards to their education amongst their friend circle.
