1. Read the novel Wonder over a period of 3 weeks. Comprehension questions will be given and answered by students for each chapter.
2. For 1 week, explore 5 presentation tools.
3. Introduce Compare and Contrast project using handout and rubric.
- Handout should include student's assigned characters.
- List of presentation tools
Students are to use a presentation tool of their choice to compare and contrast the two assigned characters.
4. Review rubrics.
Benefits:
Students are able to organize their thoughts and be creative using the presentation tool.
Students are able to demonstrate 21st century skills to complete their assignment.
