Step 1 - Enrolment
Step 1 - Enrolment
1. Receive Enrolment Tasks and King's login credentials from registry_services@kcl.ac.uk 2 weeks before the course starts.
2. Complete Enrolment Tasks at least 48 hours before course start date.
3. Upload picture to apply for a student card
Step 2 - Accessing the Virtual Learning Environment
Step 2 - Accessing the VLE
1. Access to KEATS (King's E-Learning and Teaching Service).
2. Setup KEATS profile.
3. Access email/download the Outlook app.
4.You will need to do this using your K number: KXXXX...
Step 3 - Module Access
Module access is available from 5th May 2020.
Please complete the Enrolment Tasks 48 hours before your start date, or you may be unable to start the course.

- Let your Student Success Advisor know
- Set up a meeting with a Disability Advisor
- Create your own King's Inclusion Plan (recommendations of support strategies that a department can employ to support you). This can be shared with the Academic Team, so they know how to best support your engagement with the course and assessments. It can take up to 8 weeks to set up, so it is essential to tell as soon as possible.
