  • Provide transportation to various groups of people throughout the community
  • Various locations now accessible for these people--increased access to adequate healthcare (i.e. specialists out of town), full-time work may become an option, etc.
  • With access to transportation, creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle becomes an option

  • recycled from the county (i.e. unused school buses)
  • Drivers
  • volunteers from the community would be assigned a week out of the month or a day per week to drive
  • training and certification necessary, but provided
  • Accommodations for each bus based on riders
  • Marketing supplies (flyers, Facebook pages, etc.)
  • Schedulers
  • People to coordinate bus routes and schedule pick-ups and drop-offs

  • Buses would be assigned different routes for different areas, based on the needs of the riders
  • Scheduling to be taken care of by scheduler, subject to change based on needs
  • Locations to vary based on scheduling, availability, resources, etc. (especiallly locations outside of town such as hospitals)
  • Bus designs would be accommodated to suit riders
  • Family Bus: activities for kids, places for strollers, etc.
  • College: outlet strips for charging devices
  • Commuters: charging docks, snacks
  • Elderly: handicapped accessible, newspapers, etc.
