ABOUT EMPLOYEE

HANDBOOK

Posta Plus Employee Handbook communicates expected behaviors and serves as a guide and reference to all our employees. As we incorporate our organizational values into everything we do, the Employee Handbook will serve as the manifesto of our company’s culture.

Employees should become familiar with the content of this ‘Employee Handbook’, which addresses the most frequently asked questions about employment procedures at Posta Plus and presents the employee with the company’s core policies, procedures, programs, and added benefits. If an employee is unsure of any of its provisions, or thinks he/she has been told something that is inconsistent with this document, he/she may clarify the point with the HR Department.

Employee Handbook has been reviewed and approved by the Chief Executive Officer, and cannot be updated or changed without the consent of the Regional HR Manager. These general rules may be reviewed and amended by the company at any time and at its absolute discretion, provided that such amendments do not affect the rights previously acquired by the employee during their service in the company. Employees will be asked to sign this document after a comprehensive and thorough reading, and they may refer to the HR Department for additional clarifications.
